Dual Role: Retail Sales/Car Seat Installers
Part Time and Full Time positions available for Dual team members working as Retail Sales Assistants AND as a Car Seat Installer & Educators.
FT 38hrs: Tuesday - Saturday
PT: 25-30hrs: Wednesday - Saturday

Your new role:
We're seeking rising stars to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. In this role, you'll:
Connect with and understand the demands of new and expectant parents by providing customer service that goes above and beyond
Take parents through product features by demonstrating how they work
Expertly guide parents through our range of car seat models, vehicles, regulations and industry guidelines (we'll provide training) to find the perfect fit for their needs
Build and maintain a genuine bond with every parent you help
Stay on top of stock levels around the store
Stay up to date with the latest and safest technology by coordinating training with our suppliers
What you'll bring to the role:
Understand the needs of expectant and new parents on their path through parenthood
Expertly guide customers through our range of brands and products
Work efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Hold high standards in customer service
