We are currently looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to come and join our team at Ritzy Rose. This is an opportunity to work for a fast-growing store in the fashion industry.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Your primary role is to create a warm, friendly place for our customers to shop and always exceed our customer's service expectations. We want you to "WOW" every customer and make their visit to Ritzy Rose an experience to remember. The most important people in Ritzy Rose are our Store Sales Team. You are the first point of contact with our most important asset, THE CUSTOMER.
YOUR ROLE:
Providing exceptional customer service.
Direct communication with customers via in-store, email, social media, and phone.
Sorting all stock discrepancies with customers.
Providing insights & knowledge to customers on products.
Finding answers & sorting issues to every situation being faced.
Taking customer satisfaction to the next level!
REQUIREMENTS:
Exceptional attention to detail.
Pride and ownership of work.
Ability to take instructions and learn quickly.
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent phone manner.
Knowledge of social media tools, including Facebook and Instagram.
Moderate computer skills.
Quick thinker, problem solver & decision maker.
Previous retail experience required.
