ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE At its core, this role will see you helping our customers determine their home improvement requirements and supporting them in making a decision that best suits their needs. In most cases, you will be the product expert that will guide them in everything they need to get their new floors, shutters or blinds installed.
As such and in addition to in-store customer service, sales, and store merchandising, you will attend outcalls and undertake in-home consultations for measure, quote and sales (therefore a Driver's License and having your own transport is essential - travel to customers is paid for).
ABOUT YOU As an ideal candidate, you have a few years of sales experience under your belt within the flooring or similar industry with a successful track record. You are customer focused, driven and love a healthy competition in a target-driven environment.
