You are flexible with your time and can commit to a weekly roster of approx. 10-20 hours per week. We believe in remembering our customers' favourites, ensuring that each visit feels like a personalised journey.As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will:Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that are genuine and full of warmth.Discover customer preferences and needs to assist them with product selection.Maintain high levels of store visual presentation and cleanliness standards.Label and tag products with attention to detail.Demonstrate a high level of care when handling product.Ensure stock inventory accuracy, conducting investigations and the reporting of errors.Support stock management efforts by executing the efficient and accurate handling of stock delivery and pack-ups.Support the fulfilment and dispatch of omnichannel customer orders including customer enquiries and liaising with our delivery partners.Operate our POS system including cash handling.Constantly advance your own product knowledge by attending Blackheart's training and tastings to deliver advice that best connects our customer with the right product.Adhere to WHS standards and contribute to a safe and healthy workplace environment.At Blackhearts & Sparrows, we are dedicated to building a diverse workforce, and nurturing a culture that champions equity and inclusivity.
