We are searching for experienced, skilled and enthusiastic retail professionals to join our St Leonards outlet team to assist with the open and ensure the store's success, particularly as we head into our peak trade season.
What you will be doingProviding exceptional customer service and accurate product information to our customersProactively engaging with customers and taking them on a journey with our beautiful and functional productsAiming for excellence across the board - top notch retail skills and immaculate presentationPromoting the beauty of Le Creuset's products by assisting with store visual merchandising Assistance with stock and inventory requirements (maintaining store stock levels, incoming deliveries, stock take duties, etc)Achieving (or surpassing) sales targets, KPI's and brand expectationsUpholding our company values (Passion, Integrity, Innovation & Excellence and Teamwork)What we are looking forSolid previous experience as a retail sales assistant in store (in homewares or similar an advantage)A strong understanding of the premium customer service experience Clear and well spoken - a strong communicatorSuper keen eye for detail (a must!)Professional, polite and neatly presentedOrganised, proactive and shows initiative - you think on your feet!Flexible and adaptableReliable and switched on, with a strong work ethic Team player - friendly, positive and approachable attitude Good availability for shifts across the week, including weekendsA love of cookware and / or personal experience with our brand a huge plus!What we offerAt Le Creuset, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience and we offer a range of benefits including:
