How you will make contributions that matter Join our friendly and growing team in Simpson where your new role will see you join a small close-knit team on site and over 3,000 employees across Australia.
Key elements of your new role will include: Administrative and Retail tasks
Data entry, processing, and invoicing.
Processing of Accounts Payable/Receivable
Reconciliation of accounts.
Assisting sales staff with administrative duties as required.
Liaising with both internal and external customers.
Making appointments and responding to enquiries via phone and email.
Other financial and administrative responsibilities as required.
Respond to queries and provide assistance to internal and external customers via email, phone, and online platforms
Assist in resolving issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery
Support all promotional activity
Other duty's as required
About you:
Experience gained in a retail or similar role.
Confident in using computer software including MS Office and online banking.
A customer focused attitude
Availability to work business hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Exposure to stock control, although not essential, would be well regarded.
