About the role:
The Retail Coordinator will support the retail team by ensuring the efficient execution of property management tasks and acting as the primary contact for tenants and stakeholders.
Duties: Manage all property administrative duties such as handling incoming calls, mail handling, key register maintenance and raising purchase orders.Manage all clerical requirements such as contact lists, complaints registers, noise registers, and other essential documentation as directed by the Property Manager.Monthly collection of tenant sales data, data input and report generation.Assist the Property Manager with data entry, lease administration and courier and mail distribution.Manage debt collection process, minimising arrears, and manage tenant payment.Review and action fixed and CPI rent reviews.Work with finance team to prepare annual Outgoings Statements.Respond to tenant enquiries.Skills & experience: Experience within shopping centre management or in the property industry is highly advantageous.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A high level of attention to detail, and strong organisational and time management skills.Skilled in conflict resolution, with a calm and tactful approach to handling disputes.Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.Proficiency in producing clear, articulate written correspondence.Ability to learn and understand property specific terminology and confidently liaise with industry professionals.How to apply:
