About the opportunity: As our Retail Postage Sorter, you'll play an important part in keeping millions of Australians connected.
As you'd expect, plenty of mail comes through our Post Offices and delivery facilities every day – and our mail sorting teams make sure every delivery gets where it needs to.
Pay Rate: $27.48 / hour increases to $29.37 / hour after 3 months, + 12% SuperannuationExtensive, supportive training (up to 12 weeks) on commencement, Monday - Friday, 4 - 5 hours / dayPermanent Part Time position working 5:00am - 10:30am, Monday - Friday.
On occasion some afternoon work may also be requiredAs this is a relief role, you must be willing and able to travel and work at the following locations: Archerfield, Upper Mt Gravatt, Mt Gravatt, Sunnybank and Sunnybank Hills, Browns Plains, Indooroopilly and Toowong.You'll be: Manually sorting all mail arriving at the workplaceSorting and distributing mail into relevant PO BoxesAssisting and/or performing administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenanceAbout you: You're friendly, enthusiastic and reliable and you love the balance of working in a team environment and autonomously.
