Property Network of Australia is seeking an experienced retail Pop-Up Executive to take on a role working within a large centre asset on the Sunshine Coast. The Pop-Up Sales Executive will be responsible for the negotiation, conversion and implementation of Pop Up solutions, vacant shop leasing and media opportunities for the maximisation of net return to the property/centre owners. The role is paying a total remuneration package of up to $130K depending on the candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities: Manage and maintain a new business pipeline to the end of each financial year introducing new and innovative Pop Up clients and concepts to the centre. Sales and negotiation with both existing and new/prospective retailers. Develop existing client base by building strong relationships with Pop Up clients. Negotiate and finalise Pop Up activations across sites and vacant tenancies utilising local, centre and national contacts. Generate local leads for the Brand and Media Partnerships team and coordinate media activation. Awareness of consumer research and trade area demographics information relating to the centre. Work closely with the centre to define the right client for the right location. Required Experience: Demonstrated stakeholder management experience. Strong communication skills and relationship management. Experience within a B2B sales setting. Prior experience within the retail industry and proven experience in short term leasing or related business development & sales roles (desirable).
