The store has a large catchment area and 65% of customers are over 60 years old.There are 6 optical test rooms and 1 of these is a dual-purpose room which is used for hearcare services 99% of the time. The store underwent a refit in 2020 so still has the look and feel of a modern store. All of the test rooms are fitted with the latest clinical technology including OCT. They offer enhanced clinical services such as MECS, post cataract care, glaucoma monitoring, IOP refinement and the store is Platinum Employer accredited.A team of 16 passionate and dedicated colleagues call this store home, including 3 DO's, 3 lab assistants, 4 administrators/call centre operatives and 4 optoms.You would be joining an experienced Partner Rachel McClelland, Optometry Director, who has been with Specsavers for 17 years. There is an incredibly supportive store culture where further development is encouraged plus they have trained over 25 apprentices.
