About the roleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join the St Vincent de Paul Society Northern Territory team as a Retail Operations Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail stores across the Northern Territory, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. You will be based in our Darwin office, with the ability to work remotely as required.
What you'll be doing Manage the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, including staffing, inventory management, and customer serviceDevelop and implement strategies to maximise sales, profitability, and customer satisfactionOversee the recruitment, training, and development of retail staffEnsure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulationsAnalyse store performance data and identify areas for improvementCollaborate with the wider team to support the organisation's strategic goalsWhat we're looking for Significant experience in retail management, preferably within the not-for-profit or charity sectorStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesA keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvementStrong financial acumen and the ability to interpret and utilise dataA passion for providing exceptional customer serviceWhat we offerAt St Vincent de Paul Society Northern Territory, we are committed to supporting our employees and creating a positive, collaborative work environment.
