The Position: Reporting to the National Retail Manager, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Offshore Retail and Tavern CSOM Specialist to lead Customer Service & Operational Manager initiatives for our remote retail and tavern operations.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing CSOM projects, conducting trend analyses, and leveraging customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience to ensure maximum profitability is achieved.
