The Position:Reporting to the National Retail Manager, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Offshore Retail and Tavern CSOM Specialist to lead Customer Service & Operational Manager initiatives for our remote retail and tavern operations.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing CSOM projects, conducting trend analyses, and leveraging customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience to ensure maximum profitability is achieved.Key Responsibilities:Regular Site VisitsGrowth on Site KPI'sInventory Management & Profit ProtectionRemote Retail and Tavern FocusCustomer Feedback ManagementConduct Retail/Sales Up-skilling TrainingImplement Retail Core Product Range and Supplier PlanogramsImplement agreed National Programs and Evaluate Retail PromotionsSupport Site MobilisationsThe Person:Minimum 5 Years Experience: Possess at least 5 years of experience in a comparable role within a Retail organisation, with exposure to Grocery and/or Petrol & Convenience sectorsWillingness to Travel: Demonstrate the ability to travel, including overnight stays as required by the roleRemote/Offshore Mining Sector Experience (Preferred): While not mandatory, previous experience in the remote/offshore mining sector is advantageousRelationship management experience with both internal and external stakeholdersEffective Multitasking Skills: Capable of efficiently multitasking and prioritising workload in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentThis position requires a candidate with a solid background in Retail, Grocery, and/or Petrol & Convenience sectors, complemented by strong financial acumen, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to safety and hygiene standards.The Benefits:Compass Group is an organisation that's proud of its great people.
