Job Description Our Aussie Retail Mortgage Brokers are the go-to brokers within their local communities.
Working primarily from an Aussie retail store, you will:
Manage phone, online, and walk-in enquiries Build a client pipeline Support customers with their lending needs and guide them through the home loan journey Qualifications A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required.
If you do not have a Certificate IV, we can provide instruction on how to obtain it Experience in lending, sales or customer service will help you achieve success in this role A strong drive to build and grow a successful mortgage broking business is essential A desire to help Australians achieve their property dreams is the most important criteria of all Additional Information Uncapped earnings!
In this self-employed, commission-based role, you'll be remunerated based on loans settled, so you have control of your earning potential Our industry leading onboarding program will see you in front of customers from week two, and our new starters are averaging 8 lodgements in their first 8 weeks!
You'll receive ongoing mentorship and guidance from your store's highly experienced, successful franchisee You'll receive customer leads to support you in building a client pipeline.
