About the role The Loyalty Specialist – Retail Media plays a pivotal role in overseeing end to end execution of Flybuys retail media campaigns for Coles Liquor. The primary responsibilities will include planning and executing Flybuys retail media campaigns, including the coordination of audience segment forecasts, briefing in and overseeing the delivery of campaigns across Flybuys channels including eDMs, and digital assets in line with the campaign and channel strategy.
You'll also:
Be the subject matter expert with internal and external stakeholders and serve as the go-to person for best practice and technical knowledge. Lead reporting and analysis with the Coles 360 measurement and Coles Liquor channel team to optimize retail media campaigns executed via Flybuys channels. Plan the short-term and long-term growth of the Flybuys channel for Retail Media in collaboration with Coles 360, Coles Liquor Loyalty and Flybuys. End to end implementation and execution of Flybuys campaigns across various formats including eDMs, email banners and website tiles. Work together with a range of stakeholders across various areas of the business including Coles 360, Ecommerce, CRM and more to complete relevant tasks. Be responsible for the development of detailed data brief, to deliver tailored and relevant campaigns to customers that meet the needs of suppliers. Collaborate with wider Loyalty & CRM team, Product Managers and Coles 360 to grow current products and inventory and expand overall Flybuys offering. About you and your skills • Experience in marketing, Loyalty, CRM and/or e-commerce industry. Retail media, media or advertising knowledge preferred but not essential.
• Experience in FMCG store or retail environment preferred.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels including; CRM Platforms, end to end campaign managing of email marketing, and working with external agency partners.
• Experience using reporting tools such as; Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc.
• Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver results and campaigns.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment and being able to react to changes quickly and efficiently.
