What you'll do:
Drive business growth by running weekly promotion, acquisition and retention campaignsExecuting marketing operations functions such as email sends, audience creation & targeted coupon discountsWork within cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotionsGenerate standardised reporting for all campaigns to track and report performanceProvide next step recommendations based on critical metricsHelp drive innovation and engagement in our promotion's playbookExecute retail marketing & loyalty campaignsWhat you bring:
SQL experience preferredData analytics experienceStrong background in customer centricityUnderstanding of the digital marketing spaceExperience with owned digital marketing channelsRetail or e-commerce background preferredBachelor's degree in relevant fieldAbility to thrive under pressureExcellent multitasking skills with ability to manage multiple projects at onceAbility to influence others and establish relationships across the organisationAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
