What this job involves JLL is seeking a Retail Marketing Executive (RME) will be responsible for developing and managing the retailer engagement strategy for Belmont Forum and Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centres.
The primary focus will centre around tenant engagement and retailer marketing support, developing mutually beneficial partnerships to drive sales. The RME will work closely with the centre marketing teams to deliver upon the centres strategic asset plan.
A snapshot of your responsibilities: Develop and manage retailer engagement strategy. Manage retailer onboarding process including pre-opening and post opening stabilisation support. Work with the centre Marketing Managers to develop support plans for under performing / at risk retailers. Prepare and report on retailer performance metrics. Analyse owned data and research to inform strategic decisions. Assist leasing by utilising owned data and industry information to analyse potential performance and impact. Manage mall media income stream across both centres. Digital marketing – work with Marketing Coordinator/s to support retail tenants with relevant social media and website content. Ensure the centre maintains high levels of presentation Establish relationships with the retailers and encourage maximum participation in centre promotions and events Assist with reporting and analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Duty Manager as required Other – any other duties as directed Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications: Background in Retail Management or Marketing with a degree in marketing or business related discipline. Property experience in a retail environment would be highly regarded, as would a demonstrated ability in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships and business development. A working knowledge of all traditional, digital and social media/relationship marketing tools. Excellent computer skills: proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
