These include soup vans, education programs, home visitation programs and VincentCare Victoria, which provides a range of services and programs for people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and disadvantage.
About the Role The Retail Marketing Coordinator will oversee the execution of the Victorian retail marketing strategy for Vinnies shops statewide, ensuring the successful delivery of in-store, online, and social media campaigns, as well as all marketing communications with Vinnies VIPs and customers.
Key accountabilities include: Work with the Retail Marketing Manager and Head of Merchandise & Innovation to develop and execute retail campaigns, support new store openings, and grow the Vinnies VIP Club program.Oversee content creation, manage social media channels, develop cross-promotional opportunities, and liaise with design teams and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of retail campaign materials.Demonstrate understanding and empathy with the mission and ethos of the St Vincent de Paul Society, respecting Catholic values and ensuring the Society's values are reflected in all aspects of the role.Contribute to the organisational culture, actively participate in skill development, and advance organisational objectives while supporting key stakeholders.About You: You have experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to boost retail engagement. Known for your responsiveness, approachability, and service-oriented mindset, you build strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance digital campaigns and programs.
More specifically you will have: 1-2 years experience in retail marketing coordinationAbility to develop and implement retail marketing strategies that increase sales and profitabilityProven communication, collaboration and negotiation skillsStakeholder and relationship management skillsHigh degree of computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Internet search and basic Domain skillsHigh degree of literacy with eDM platforms including Campaign Monitor and DotDigital, QDos (preferred)High level of interpersonal skills: ability to liaise with others within and outside of the SocietyTo have an empathy and understanding of the ethos and mission of St Vincent de Paul SocietyWhy work for us?
