This exciting role is responsible for the delivery of all contracted services within the allocated region, across the Japan, Australia and New Zealand network.The Retail Manager will manage JQs In-Flight Retail Program, delivering innovation and business improvements, and continuously enhance profit performance and customer satisfaction for the partnership.This role will suit someone who is able to establish productive working relationships and manage the diverse needs of stakeholders on both sides of the contract.
Along with being able to respectfully negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.What does a typical day look like?We are looking for an experienced hand, someone who has been either a Retail Manager or Operations Manager with experience managing a national or regional retail program, service or network on behalf of a client.
