We are seeking a Retail Manager to manage a shopping centre asset in Brisbane, working for a reputable property company.
Duties: Foster productive business partnerships with all retailers and external service providersManage financial and debtors efficientlyCollaborate with the administration team to gather monthly sales figuresContribute to the development of marketing, advertising strategies and brandingCoordinate closely with the asset and facilities managers to schedule maintenance and repairs, minimising business disruptionSkills and Experience: Experience in a Retail Manager/Assistant Retail Manager or Assistant Centre Manager positionAbility to manage all stakeholders' expectations, both internal and externalAbility to coordinate, update and analyse monthly reportsAbility to effectively manage peopleSelf-awareness, resilience, and passion for retailBenefits: Single shopping centre asset in BrisbaneWell-known, reputable property companySupportive team cultureHow to apply:
