The RoleThe role offers great exposure to every aspect of retail management with a keen focus on financials and retailer relations.
Day-to-day management of the retail shopping centre assetMaintain efficient & tight control over each Asset's operating costsPrepare the income & expenditure (P&L) budget, monthly operational report, monthly sales and marketing reports, and monthly leasing reportsAnalyse trading figures, occupancy costs & retail sales trends affecting the performance of each AssetMonthly rent reviews, collections, & lease administrationFoster excellent relationships with tenantsAssist retailers with strategies to boost foot trafficCollaborate with the Marketing teams to maximise/rebuild tenant mix/general input on strategiesProvide leadership & direction to administrative support staffIdeal Skills/ExperienceThe ideal candidate will be both personable and outgoing but also have a keen eye for detail, strong financial acumen, and value the importance of process and communication.Experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Centre Manager or Administration ManagerDemonstrated leadership & management skillsOutstanding communication & administration skillsStrong financial acumenExcellent time managementIf you'd like to know more information about the role and company, then please contact
