About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Manager to join our team at MAC in Sydney. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving retail sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
You will lead a team of sales associates and be responsible for managing and developing their skills to achieve optimal performance. This includes coaching and mentoring team members to provide a high-touch experience for each customer.
