As a Retail Manager, here's what you'll achieve: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail storeTraining and developing a team of retail assistantsEnsuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standardsWater testing and advice for chemical & equipment solutionsStock control and merchandisingStore opening and cash handlingWhat You'll Bring Pool/spa industry experience (highly advantageous)Self-motivated and able to think on your feet/problem solveHighly organised and able to work autonomouslyA positive team player with a 'can do' attitudeCustomer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitted to learning, with a willingness to develop your knowledge of pool care and retail operationsResults-driven, with the ability to meet sales targets and ensure store profitabilityAlthough we'd love you to have experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry, we can teach you the rest if you have a learning attitude.
