We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Retail Manager to help us achieve our vision of becoming industry leaders in providing healthcare solutions for everyday Australians.
About the Role:
As a Retail Manager, you will:
Assist customers with general pharmacy inquiries. Support the dispensary with scripts in/out. Perform administrative duties as needed. Lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with all Chempro policies and procedures. Handle merchandising and multi-task across various pharmacy areas. Train and mentor team members. Key Requirements:
Prior pharmacy experience is preferred. Familiarity with Point of Sale Systems (MINFOS software experience is advantageous). Understanding of loyalty programs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and professional health advice. Why Join Us?
