Retail Manager

Pizza Delivery Pty Ltd is looking for an energetic, highly enthusiastic and hardworking individual with an amazing attitude to join our vibrant team as Retail Manager at their Dominos Store in Chinchilla.
The Retail Manager must be responsible for day to day running of the store and managing various team members. Successful candidates must have excellent organisation and communication skills with a great attitude towards other staff and customers. Professional qualifications in management and at least three years' experience are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor stock levels including waste management and stock orders. Maintain high standards of product quality supervision of all staff. Oversee food safety supervision. Assist with promotional advertising and marketing activities for sales growth. Understand and analyse sales figures and apply them to business growth and improvement. Recruit and train new staff to embrace the Domino's Mackay store culture. Motivate all team members to maintain high standards and increase sales. Report to Franchisee various statistics and problem solve how to improve these and understand their relevance to business management. An ideal candidate must have:
Deep understanding of retail operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication skills. Resilience and adaptability. Experience Required: At least three years' experience in a similar field.
GOOD SALARY PACKAGE: (AUD 75,000 + Super)
