Retail Leasing Executive

Seeking an experienced Leasing Executive that demonstrates experience in specialty leasing.
Partnering with Redpath Partners, our client is fast growing property group who has a diverse portfolio throughout Australia.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Leasing Executive, to be based out of Adelaide to look after a small portfolio of shopping centres.

Reporting into the Head of Property here in Sydney, you will be responsible for the static and maintenance leasing of high performing sub-regional assets. This will include:
Deliver optimal tenancy mix and reduce vacancy rates Negotiation of new and existing leases Continue to foster positive relationships with current and perspective tenants Work collaboratively with the onsite centre management teams Ability to canvas the market for new retailer ideas
The successful candidate for this role will have extensive retail leasing experience and have the ability to hit the ground running. It is a must that you can demonstrate existing relationships within the retail industry.
