We have a rare opportunity for a personable and highly skilled Leasing Professional to join the organisation as the Retail Leasing Executive. Elite Supplements currently have over 100 stores nationally and are prospecting exponential growth throughout 2025!
Your Responsibilities Assist with the identification and prospecting of new retail sites for leasing opportunities.Negotiate lease renewals with existing tenants.Manage rental abatements when necessary.Oversee a portfolio of over 100 leases nationally.Utilise international leasing experience to enhance our leasing strategies.Experience / Requirements 3+ years of retail commercial leasing experience is essential.Proven experience in identifying and prospecting new sites.Demonstrated success in negotiating lease renewals.Experience in managing rental abatements.Previous involvement in managing a large lease portfolio.Exposure to international leasing experience is a bonus.If you are an eager and hungry retail leasing professional with a track record of success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
