Retail Lease Administrator – Leading property landlord ASX Listed shopping centre owner and developer 3 month contract – May commencement Retail lease administration or property lawyer/paralegal Our client is quoted as one of the most successful property owners and managers in the market. They are currently seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Transaction Manager to join their Sydney based team on an initial 3 month contract. You will be overseeing the lease management process across the institutionally owned shopping centre property portfolio and implement best practice within the division surrounding all lease administration issues. You must understand the processes surrounding the approval of all leases, the checking of all lease instructions, issuing to external solicitors as well as the maintaining of an accurate Lease tracking system. You will have a demonstrated track record working within a similar role on behalf of the landlord or tenant, with detailed experience with the retail leases act. Alternatively you will have a proven property legal track record. Those with a property legal track record will be highly regarded. Thank you for your application.
