Your New Role: As a key player in our project delivery team, you will take the helm of estimating and coordinating a diverse range of retail fit-out projects. Your expertise will guide the accurate costing of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet our high standards, budget, and timelines. You'll be the lynchpin between our clients, contractors, and internal teams, driving projects forward with efficiency and finesse.
Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project estimates, factoring in materials, labour, and time requirements.Coordinate all project phases, ensuring seamless communication and execution.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members to maintain project alignment with client vision and company standards.Oversee the procurement of materials and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to adhere to deadlines and budgets.Foster a collaborative work environment, contributing to team efforts and company culture.What You'll Need to Succeed: Proven experience in construction estimating and project coordination, particularly within the retail sector.Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and market trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.High-level organizational skills, with a knack for multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.Technical proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.Why Work With Us?
