We are currently looking for a Retail Department Manager to join us at our Ballarat Store in a Full Time capacity.
About the role Ensure all legal and compliance procedures are adhered to by all staff. Motivate and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service. Drive store sales, achieve targets, all whilst controlling costs profit and loss. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders; and Provide a safe environment for both staff and customers. About you You'll have previous experience in a leadership role within a retail business (Or similar). Comfortable coaching, mentoring, and developing a high performing team. Proven experience working with and meeting KPIs in a robust environment. Unwavering commitment to quality customer service; and Be a champion for Cashies Values.
