Your opportunity
As the Retail Delivery Coordinator (Project Manager) at Scentre Group within our Retail Design & Delivery team, you will be responsible for enabling and driving the efficient and effective delivery of tenancies in alignment with Scentre Group's strategic vision for each asset.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with great project management skills, great attention to detail, and organisational skills.
You will be confident in leading meetings and project initiatives while providing support to your stakeholder group.
Some of your key accountabilities include: Supporting the Senior Retail Delivery Coordinator in the facilitation of complex delivery requirements.
Coordinating and driving the program for new retailer shop openings for each assigned asset.
Assisting each asset to reduce leased to open timelines.
Effectively communicating with Retail Design & Delivery team members to share information and knowledge and ensure alignment through the approval and delivery process.
Driving innovation through research around industry delivery best practice.
Participating in and leading project initiatives in support of Retail Design & Delivery process and work practice improvements.
Building strong relationships with internal team members and external business partners.
Working together with other internal teams to ensure tenancy is ready as per agreed terms.
