Every year around one million customers walk into one of our Australia Post Offices.

Access hundreds of discounts and benefits ranging from discounts on selected Apple products to great deals on hire cars and travel insuranceYou'll be:Performing customer sales and service transactions with customersManaging high value transactions accurately (handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS)Conducting and processing a number of identity services transactions, including Australian Passport InterviewsPromoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising and other promotional activitiesAssisting customers with mail lodgements and associate costsBuilding rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needsAssisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenanceAbout youYou're friendly, enthusiastic and reliable and you love working in a team environment.
