Every year around one million customers walk into one of our Australia Post Offices. It's our retail teams who make sure that every experience they have is a great one. And while they do, they're supported by a welcoming team, take part in ongoing training, and are guided on career development opportunities.Pay Rate $31.93+ up to $7,850 district allowance12% Superannuation + air conditioning subsidyWorking Monday – Friday, 12:00pm – 5:00pmExtensive, supportive full time (paid) training for 6 weeksYou'll be:Performing customer sales and service transactions with customersManaging high value transactions accurately (handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS)Conducting and processing a number of identity services transactions, including Australian Passport InterviewsPromoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising and other promotional activitiesAssisting customers with mail lodgements and associated costsBuilding rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needsAssisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenanceAbout youYou're friendly, enthusiastic and reliable and you love working in a team environment.
