Retail Customer Service And Freight Co-Ordinator

Main duties & responsibilities of the role include: Arranging and performing pick-ups and deliveries with PACK & SEND vehicle.Packaging all consignments correctly.Complete all administrative tasks assigned.Tracking and tracing consignments.Maintain good relationships with suppliers and their delivery drivers.Assist the store manager with the sales.Professional handling of Over-The-Counter Sales, telephone sales, web estimate requests, and online sales transactions.Key Requirements: Intermediate level of computer literacy, including Microsoft.Valid and current Australian drivers licence.Strong experience in customer services in a retail environment.Working rights in Australia.Benefits: Casual role with 20 hours per week - potential for full-time employment.Full training will be provided.Uniform provided.Looking for candidates available to work: Monday to Friday: Afternoon (1 pm – 5 pm).
