Retail Consultant

The role We are seeking a consultant who has a strong customer service background using detailed product knowledge to encourage customers to purchase our clients products. Follow up all customer quotations / enquiries to ensure all of their requirements have been fulfilled. Duties Providing a good customer experience Client follow up Managing stock control Stay up to date with product knowledge Database management and updating customer details Organizing transport and deliveries Showcasing products Assist with trade nights, product training sessions and Centre events upon liaison with Senior Centre staff. Hospitality duties are required at these functions. Be willing to participate in the online training modules – active participation required. Skills and experience Ability to work under pressure. High standard of presentation. Experience in customer service. Ability to qualify a customer on their needs and give advice appropriately on the correct appliances. Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and easily. Strong teamwork skills.
