Our Retail Operations Team is on a mission to find a Retail Operations expert to coordinate and manage all Retail execution activities through consolidated communication and calendaring the key annual activities for our Retail Network.
Reporting to the General Manager of DTC, this role is pivotal to ensuring the Retail Network is well planned and supported to deliver World Class Customer Service and Retail Standards.
So, what goes into making that happen? Retail Communications Develop materials to ensure clear direction on promotional activities, together with engaging key stakeholders on promotional activities/campaigns from planning and administration to execution.
Establish and maintain procedure documentation and team communications.
Communicate with Regional Managers and other members of the DTC team to ensure that retail operations have ongoing two-way dialogue at all times.
Prepare, convert, and analyse raw data from multiple sources into a reportable format to facilitate fact-based decisions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to retail operations, including internal store audit requirements.
Understand, review and benchmark the internal and external environment to anticipate and improve the objectives of communication and development initiatives.
Test and implement new initiatives, and work closely with our DTC teams to review processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Communicate changes and updates to the stores and wider business in a timely manner.
Liaise with the planning team to ensure clarity is provided to the Retail network.
Coordinate Retail input to present back into business functions.
Create, communicate and manage standardised documents across the retail network, including understanding policies and process documents and making any necessary changes as required.
Increase the awareness of company initiatives through effective communication and acting as a conduit between the DTC teams and internal departments/stakeholders.
Manage flow of information including meeting invites, agendas and minutes, announcements, regular reporting and presentations.
Planning Plan, organise and coordinate retail operations to achieve clarity in building executional excellence.
Support in executing operational excellence for our DTC teams as well as assist with identifying opportunities to drive performance.
Maintain information mapping standards across the business.
Maintain the annual retail operating calendar and proactively communicate upcoming events and activities.
Assist to develop Core Planning Tools for the retail network.
Assist with maintenance and consumables as required.
Participate as a member of the wider Retail Operations team and assist others where required and directed.

Highly organised and detail oriented.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising and customer service.
Ability to develop and implement operational plans.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ability to analyse data and identify trends.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with vendors and customers.
Understanding of inventory management procedures.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and related software programs.
