Lendi Group is the group born out of the merger of Aussie Home Loans and Lendi. As a Group, we operate a multi-brand strategy across Aussie Home Loans and Lendi, pulling together a truly personalised home loans experience for the Australian audience that balances both human support and smart technology. We're revolutionising the industry with best-in-class technology and a suite of tools that takes the hard work out of home loans – for our Customers and Brokers alike. Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion are fundamental to the success of Lendi Group. We're passionate about fostering an environment where our team members feel valued and supported and we celebrate everyone's unique identity. The Retail Business Consultant role is critical to the success and the growth of our Aussie Retail network (footprint, broker headcount, productivity, settlements, and market share). This is a key role responsible for driving the performance, engagement, and growth of a region of Aussie Franchise stores, within the Retail channel. Partnering with the Franchisees of stores in South Australia, you will lead, inspire, and engage franchisees to achieve their business goals and influence delivery of the Group business plan. Responsibilities With insight into the individual needs of each store in your region, you will use your business experience and acumen to support Franchisees to grow their business. You will seek to influence outstanding results through the development and implementation of robust business plans that are aligned to the network performance and customer standards of the Group. Embedding the operating cadences, you will conduct regular physical and virtual sessions with each store to coach to franchise performance, business planning, broker development, and business development. You will work closely with each store to connect into Group resources and enable tailored plans to support local area marketing, training, recruitment, and retention strategies. You will lead the uplift of the network performance (to budget) and customer standards, through implementing best practice sharing, benchmarking, performance management, and broker engagement initiatives for your region. You will lead the retail broker growth strategy in your region, monitoring adherence to Franchise Agreement standards and implementing effective broker recruitment and retention strategies, contributing to the growth, productivity, and market share of your region. In conjunction with the Senior Retail Business Consultant, you will support your franchisees to navigate through each store's franchise journey, including (but not limited to) store refresh/refit requirements, franchise agreement renewals, store sales, and store closures. You will contribute to the implementation of the network market representation strategy in your state through the identification of high-quality prospective new franchisees (internal and external), leading to an increased store footprint in your region.
