Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and fashion-savvy stylist to join our dynamic team.
As a key player in our boutique, you will bring a passion for fashion, a knack for customer service, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets within a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, leveraging your proven sales ability.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Promptly handle phone inquiries and manage Point of Sale transactions.
Maintain a positive and inviting store environment through daily procedures and housekeeping.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a cohesive work environment.
Take initiative in completing tasks and assisting customers as needed.
Apply your creative flair to execute visual merchandising and maintain attractive store displays.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of fashion retail experience, with a strong background in sales.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Available for weekends.
Proficiency in Point of Sale software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising.
