When a customer needs assistance, you'll use your mastery of current Zoomo technology to quickly assess their situation and support them with advice or a solution on the spot.
This role is a unique opportunity to take ownership of store operations.
If successful you will be reporting to Zoomo's Country Operations Manager and you will lead the "front-of-house" function at our Brisbane store, some of your duties will include: Be responsible for the seamless operation of the store's "front-of-house" including opens and closes Ensure our riders have an awesome and seamless in-person support experience Walk riders through the onboarding process and all safety requirements Help existing riders troubleshoot any issues they experience with our e-bikes Meeting sales goals by selling our products to rider Continuously looking at how to improve processes and procedures within the store Stay on top of new Zoomo policies, procedures, and programs that affect riders Be our customers' biggest advocate, ensuring you provide an excellent customer experience to the Zoomo rider Work in close partnership with the bike mechanic team working in the "back-of-house" Work in close partnership with the Country Operations Manager to successfully operate the store #J-18808-Ljbffr
