We are currently recruiting for pop-up store locations that will be in shopping centres in the following locations:
Sunshine Coast Coomera Chermside Carindale Browns Plains Loganholme Maroochydore Mt Gravatt North Lakes Springfield Ipswich Toowoomba Interviewing for these locations will be in-person or online; interviewing will continue throughout October 2024, with expected start dates from mid-November 2024.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Be part of a team responsible for managing a pop-up store location in a busy shopping centre.
Follow instructions and report to the Retail Area Manager as required.
Customer service is key – the majority of your role is all about the customer – customer service, serving customers, fielding customer inquiries, engaging with passers-by, point of sale transactions.
Ensuring a clean, tidy and inviting environment for customers.
Visual merchandising, stocking and restocking shelves.
Opening and closing duties.
Other general retail duties as required.
Quickly become part of the team, including getting up to speed on the products and brand, contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate and work well alongside co-workers.
ALL ABOUT YOU:
Be an integral part of the team during this busy period – your role is all about ensuring the company's values of delivering exceptional customer service to their customers is upheld in all interactions with customers and making sure customers walk away with a smile on their face!
Previous experience in retail environment, retail store assistant or similar type role.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with POS (point of sale) systems.
Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and other team members.
Reliable, trustworthy and honest.
Ability to muck in and help out – we are looking for people who are happy to get involved in all activities involved with the pop-up stores including set-up, stocking and restocking, customer service, reporting, pack down, etc.
FURTHER INFORMATION:
This is a casual role based at Spencil pop-up store within a shopping centre.
Ideally, we are looking for full availability from November 2024 to end of January 2025.
Training will be provided prior to commencing and/or on the job.
Culture and team fit will be an important determinant for us in recruiting for this role.
Must have full working rights in Australia to be considered.
As part of the recruitment process, you must be available to attend a brief interview in-person or online.
If you are successful, you will be required to attend a training session prior to commencement.
