Part Time, Term Time Plus some school holiday weeks Approximately 42 weeks per year Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday – 8.15am-4.15pm St Hilda's School is seeking to appoint an experienced friendly Retail Assistant to work in our Uniform Shop. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and ensuring that our students are well-prepared for their school year with uniforms and accessories. This role is during school term dates plus requires work in the holidays; prior to commencement of the school year and to assist with stock takes. It will commence on 8 January 2025.
Applicants for the above position must have a strong commitment to safe working practices and be able to function as part of a team. Experience in retail sales, a commitment to excellent customer service and a commitment to high standards are essential. Knowledge of Point of Sale Systems is essential.
Qualifications and Requirements Current Paid Blue Card or application in progressThis role must be performed on school campus due to the front-facing customer service element with students and staffMust be able to satisfy the physical requirements of the role, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, and liftingThe successful applicant must have their name submitted to the Anglican Church's Professional Standards Register and be able to support the Anglican ethos and Code of Conduct of St Hilda's School.
