About the Role: As our Assistant Store Manager, your role involves supporting the store operations and team of our Lindt Chocolate Shop which retails a large range of Lindt Chocolate including take away chocolate drinks, coffee and ice cream.
You will support the Store Manager in guiding and mentoring our Chocolate Ambassadors by:
Supporting an energetic team to create meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique chocolate experience and achieving sales goalsDelegating, coaching and leading employees on their daily operations, service and collaborationAssisting with roster and budget managementLeading from the front with passion and expertise with customers on product knowledge and preparationOrdering and receiving deliveries and overall inventory managementDeploy visual merchandising strategies and promotional changesAssisting in developing and leading the team to future successesWhat we would like you to bring: Demonstrated previous customer service experience in a QSR, retail or hospitality environment where you have managed your tasks with clear communication, enthusiasm and passionPrevious Barista experience desirableAn ability to grow your local community and drive return sales and loyaltyStrong time management skills, ability to work effectively and independently with deadlines.Strong rapport building abilities to assist to lead and coach a team of Chocolate AmbassadorsWhat we can offer you: An emphasis on a positive environment, allowing career and personal growth, celebrating your achievements, and recognising your successesAn engaging and creative workplace full of passionate individuals that embraces diversity and thinking differentA paid day off on your birthday every yearFree hot drinks all working days and 50% staff discountWe'd love to get to know you!
