About the Role: As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, including driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and managing stock.
This is a leadership role where you'll help guide and develop the team while ensuring the store runs smoothly in the Store Manager's absence.

As Assistant Store Manager, your role involves: Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving performance targets while enhancing the customer experience.Assist in leading, mentoring, and developing the store team, cultivating a positive and results-driven environment.Oversee stock management, ensuring effective stock replenishment, markdowns, and timely stocktakes.Maintain high visual merchandising standards to reflect brand direction.Ensure excellent service and build lasting customer relationships.Full-Time 38 hours per week rotating roster.
