Retail Assistant - Optical Sales

Job Description & Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyewear. Educate customers & selling lens options and coatings. Process orders and perform adjustments. Maintain inventory and provide exceptional service. Collaborate with optometrists and stay updated on industry trends. Minimum Requirements: Retail sales experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and a flair for customer service. A keen eye for fashion, detail, and a knack for creative problem-solving. Flexible & Reliable to work. Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (Preferred). Customer service: 1 year (Preferred). Optical: 1 year (Required). Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred).
