Retail Assistant

Retail Assistant needed to work approximately 20-30 hours a week at a covered outdoor market space.
Based in central Edinburgh, we are looking for a retail assistant to work staffing a temporary outdoor (though heated!)
market space.
Days are throughout the Christmas and New Year period and will involve both mid-week and weekend hours.
The job equates to roughly 20-30 hours a week across days including Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Training will be given prior to starting.
The hourly pay rate is dependent on festive availability and experience, but will definitely be over the real living wage and start at £12/hr.
You will mainly be working alone, so it's important you are reliable and able to use your initiative.
Duties will include:
Taking card/cash salesRestocking productsUnpacking deliveriesChatting to customersCashing up each dayStart date mid-November, seven-week fixed-term contract until the first week of January.
We require a commitment to the full period rather than selected weeks within it.
Ideally, you will be local to central Edinburgh.
