Heilbronns' is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Rockhampton, QLD. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with all aspects of our store operations.

Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:30pm), Saturday (8:30am-1:00PM) What you'll be doing:
Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner Answering customer inquiries and providing product information Processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments Maintaining the store's visual presentation and merchandising Restocking and replenishing shelves as needed Collaborating with the team to ensure a positive customer experience What we're looking for:
No previous experience in a retail or customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service Ability to work effectively as part of a team About us:
