Job Description:We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at our Park St Shop starting soon.
In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting our customers with their workwear needs, ensuring they receive the best products and service possible.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding sales assistance and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerProvide advice on workwear products, ensuring customers find suitable options, full training providedAssist with sizing and fitting of garmentsProcess sales transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organised work environmentStay up to date with product knowledge and industry trendsPerform inventory management tasks, such as restocking and stocktakingUtilize computer systems for sales and administrative tasksRequirements: Monday to Friday rosterPrevious retail experience is desired, preferably in a similar roleStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComputer literacy is a must, including proficiency in basic software programsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsKnowledge of workwear and safety gear is an advantage, but not mandatoryA proactive and positive attitude towards customer serviceBenefits: Competitive hourly rateTraining and development opportunitiesIf you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, then we would love to hear from you.
