We are looking to recruit an energetic Retail Assistant to join our Abbotsford store.
As the Retail Assistant your primary objective will be to deliver excellence in service within our showroom, creating a welcoming environment for clients and medical professionals.
Your passion for customer service and product knowledge will play a vital role in promoting sales and assisting clients in finding the right solutions.
A National Police Check is required for this position

Primary Responsibilities
Uphold company values of Integrity, Respect, Passion, Leadership and Accountability through all interactions with team, customers and key stakeholders
Answer sales enquiries via phone or email within 24 hours
Organise product demonstration and trials identifying and meeting the customers' needs
Quote on equipment from demonstrations, trials, phone or email enquiries within 24 hours
Liaises and work closely with Occupational Therapists, medical professionals, clients and family members to provide solutions to client needs
Delivery and pick up of sales or trialed equipment making yourself available for any further questions the customer may have regarding the products
Generating new sales
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations to management
Participate in training and development programs
Essential Skills Required
Excellent customer service skills with ability to develop a quick rapport with a diverse range of people
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate experience with computers and software programs
Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
To comply with state legislation, COVID vaccination records or valid medical exemption will be required to be supplied as part of the application process for this role.
A valid Police check is required for these roles.
