Are you a customer service pro? In your new role as a Retail Assistant, you will be supporting customers in our Seafood Shop to ensure they have an excellent shopping experience!
Tassal Seafood Shop: Located at our shop in the beautiful Salamanca Square, you'll be surrounded by historic buildings and near the market on weekends. This role is a casual position.
What does your week look like?
Providing a high standard of customer service and assisting customers to find the best product for their needs.
Preparing and presenting a wide range of seafood products in the deli.
Supporting with the cooking demonstrations that take place in the shop on Saturdays.
Cleaning and organising the shop to keep it looking well presented for customers and uphold hygiene standards.
Stocking shelves.
What will you need?
Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
Familiarity with operating POS register systems (highly desirable).
Outstanding presentation and a genuine interest in food/cooking.
Quick adaptability with a strong desire to learn.
Available to work on weekends.
