About the Position As a Retail Assistant at WHSmith, you'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Serve customers in a timely, efficient and courteous manner Cash handling and standard retail transactions Demonstrate your flair for customer service Adhere to all back and front of house processes and procedures Get involved in merchandising and stock rotation *Please note, shifts vary throughout our operating hours. Early shifts commence at 4am and close shifts end at 2am*
About You The ideal candidate will have the following:
